This is a class that builds lean muscle, improves cardiovascular function, increases mental tenacity and boosts metabolism for weight loss. The class calls on functional sports-training exercises, partner and group exercises, running, fitness drills, body weight exercises, medicine balls, tires, sand bags and more to create fun, adventurous full body workout.
