3-Rep Max Increases

5lb Increase = 1 point
10lb Increase = 2 points
15lb Increase = 3 points
20lb Increase = 4 points
25lb Increase = 5 points

**WEEKLY CHALLENGES TO ADVANCE**
To make this truly a battle to be The Ultimate Warrior each week you will have to complete a Challenge to advance to the next week! If you do not complete the challenge you are eliminated from winning a prize but can continue throughout the competition to get better and stronger.

WEEK 1: 500 Push-Ups must be completed before 6AM Monday morning of the following week.

THIS CHALLENGE IS DESIGNED TO PUSH YOU OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE. THERE IS NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. IT IS FOR EVERYONE WHO WISHES TO MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO PUT IT.
