High energy instructors combine music and coaching to create a 50 minute intense cardio workout. Our Schwinn bikes use the new MPower Echelon Console that gives motivating rider feedback! This changes the way you ride, how classes are coached and ultimately enhancing the rider experience.
Measurement = Motivation with this Schwinn Cycling program! Participants can burn an average of 500-600 calories in one class. Each participant can control their level of intensity to suit abilities or fitness levels but still remain as a group together. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Cycling shoes are not required.
