Barre focuses on developing lean muscle and increasing flexibility. This class balances strength training and recovery stretching for a low impact, high intensity workout. We leverage traditional ballet moves, exercise balls, small hand-held weights, exercise bands and your own body weight throughout the class. Quick Results and Body Shape Improvement are words to describe the results of this experience. Barre is suitable for any activity level. Barefoot or socks with grip on the bottom are recommended.
