Amy McDaniel is a certified group fitness trainer with additional certifications in Johnny G Spin, Pilates, Group Barbell and Core & Functional Fitness. She has taught group fitness classes for 8 years. Her passion is personal training with an emphasis on core strength. She is also currently working on a certification in Nutrition, to be able to add that all important component to your overall fitness journey. She is so excited to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with you to help you reach your fitness goals.
She is a busy mom of three children. In her free time, she enjoys running, biking and swimming, completing several triathlons and half marathons a year.
Even with her busy schedule, she makes her health and fitness a priority. A healthy, strong Mom is a happy Mom! She looks forward to working with you in the group fitness area and also on a more individualized basis through small group and personal training.
