How to Participate

Participants with larger weight loss goals are encouraged to join the Team version of our challenge.  If you don’t have more than a couple of jean sizes to lose or just prefer to, you would benefit greatly as and Individual participant.  Either option is a great way to be a part of this challenge and WIN! This challenge is open to female participants only.

Your initial fitness assessment must be completed by the end of day, Wednesday, August 23rd to be eligible to win.

Challenge Assessment & Kickoff

LiveFIT Studio – 12028 Walker Street    Sunday, August 20   3:00-5:00pm.  Wear minimal clothing.

Challenge Final Assessment & Wrap Up

How to WIN

The Individual participant winners are based on weight loss percentages (initial weigh-in to final weigh-in).  you must lose the highest percentage of weight – no necessarily the most weight.  (ie. starting weight 220 lbs and ending weight 200 lbs is a 9% body weight loss).

The Team participant winners are determined upon the following point system:

  • 1 pound of fat loss = 1 point
  • 1 pound of muscle gain = 1 point
  • Loss of % body fat – 1 point

FAQs

What am I committing to?  We require challenge participants to have a Basic or Shred Membership during the duration of the challenge and attend a minimum of three (3) weekly LiveFIT classes.  Visit www.livefitwithadina.com for pricing.  Keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more likely you will reach your goals!  Each participant will be given a details guidebook with important dates at the challenge.  We’ll ask that you pledge your commitment to the challenge and to yourself.

What sort of nutritional guidance will I receive?  Each participant will receive a Rock Your Jeans Guidebook, meal plan and grocery list at the Challenge Kick Off.  Participants will be asked to log meals and snacking.

How and when do I pay?  You can register and pay online when registration opens to the public on July 28th.  Registration closes when capacity is reached (which has been a matter of days in past years).

So, do you want to participate in this program but don’t have two jeans sizes to lose?  That’s OK!  Participating as an individual is ideal.  We will work with you to set a challenging goal at your assessment.

What is the fitness assessment?  The Team fitness assessment includes a private body composition analysis session using the InBody 270 and measurements.  The Individual fitness assessment includes your weight and measurements to be privately recorded.

Can’t make it to the fitness assessment?  We can set up an alternate time to meet with you.
